New Neighborhood Planned at Lely Resort
Encore Development is joining forces with The Drax Group in the development of a new neighborhood at Lely Resort.
The Cottages at Cordoba is planned as a privat enclave of 50 mission-style maintenance-free single-family homes at the center of Lely Resort's three golf courses.
Lely Resort has three golf courses offering 54 holes of golf and two golf clubhouses. The courses are The Classics by Gary Player, Flamingo Island by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and The Mustang by Lee Travino.
Lely Resort also offers the Players Club & Spa, a non-golf clubhouse with more than 20,000 square feet under air which offers a fitness center, social room, aerobics room, arts and crafts room, card room, media room, billiards room and a theater room. Outside is a resort-style pool and a spa with a cabana area. Adjacent to the pool and beach area is a lap/fitness pool, tot lot and private yoga garden. The club also features a tennis pro shop which services the seven Har-Tru courts of the tennis complex.

Mark DiSabato, a central Ohio native, graduated from The Ohio State University. His experience includes land acquisition, zoning, finance, development and sales for more than 14,000 individual properties. As the sole owner of Premier Development Consultants, he served for 18 years as a consultant for Village Communities.
During his three decades in Naples, Rick Armalavage, an Indiana University graduate, has worked in several real estate capacities since graduating from college and has owned several real estate-related companies. Through his involvement with Southwest Florida real estate over the yeras, Rick has developed several projects and assisted many of the area's top development companies sa a consultant.

Investing in South Florida real estate for the past decade, Drax has committed significant time, energy and financial resources in various projects, the majority in Naples. The Lely Resort's central sales center is at 8020 Grande Lely Drive, with entrances on U.S. 41 East and Collier Boulevard. From Interstate 75, take Exit 101 (Collier Boulevard) south five miles to Grand Lely Drive. The sales cenetr is ahead one-half mile on the left.
