Sales Jump at Cordoba in Lely Resort
Award-winning Cordoba Development, LLC has seen a surge in sales activity at its Cordoba neighborhood at Lely Resort with four sales in the past few weeks.
According to Mark DiSabato, Managing Partner of Cordoba Development, LLC, Cordoba's new pricing and re-bidding of construction costs has paid dividends with new home sales contracts.
"Three of our four inventory homes, including two furnished models have sold," said DiSabato. "We are currently in negotiations with several additional buyers and there is a sense of urgency because costs are beginning to increase and prices will soon be rising."
Overall, five lakefront homes have now sold, two of which are a recently introduced plan, which is a two-story model with 2,383 square feet under air.
